How Can I Pray for You?

Sometimes, when my writer’s brain is empty and there aren’t blog posts streaming from my fingers, I take that as a sign that I need to shut up a little bit and reflect and refill.

As I take some time to do that over the next few days, how can I pray for – or celebrate – with you?

Feel free to leave your requests in the comments section or pass this along to a friend you know who might need some encouragement and prayer from others.

Let’s have this weekend be a little more intentional – a little more focused – on carrying each others’ burdens and celebrating with each other as well instead of just another weekend of blogging and talking.

My grandmother passed away on Feb 2. My fiance’s Grandfather has been in the hospital and is not doing well. His uncle who is quadriplegic and has muscular dystrophy may have bladder cancer. He is refusing treatment as he does not want to live in his painful broken body. Please pray for our families and their grief. Thank you.

Please pray for my son, Jonathan (he’s 11). Recent test results, coupled with other symptoms, have given his mother & I great cause for concern. The words “masses,” “lymph nodes,” & “significant finding” were used in the report. We are on the fasttrack for referral to a hematologist-oncologist. Please pray for both healing and grace. Thanks.
