That is so cool! I love it when I see companies making use of technology tools to improve their customer service.

I heart Lexis. I realy do.
Oh yeah, I also heart Anne. Sorry Chris.
So, Harold, expecting a gift card, are you?
That is the sweetest (as in, “oh, isn’t that sweet,” rather than “that is sweeeeeeeet!”) thing I’ve seen all week.
so is this an advert for whole foods?
sorry,, couldn’t resist!
wow! i should twitter more often if you get perks like a gift card! so cool!
Maybe now I’ll start tweeting the President or something…thanks for the story.
Very cool. You need to send this one in to consumerist.com. Not only will they probably like this feel-good customer service story, but can you imagine your blog’s explosion of traffic if they post the story and link to you?
that made my heart melt :)
In the words of Cartman, “That’s pretty sweet!”
Anne,
Hilarious. A few weeks ago I wrote a Tweet saying that I was drinking and loving their Orange Blossom Amber Ale, and then the next day they were following me.
Smart company. I did ask for some food “hook-ups” but Twitter silence on their end. :-(

Wow some people actually respond to their tweets.
I’m still waiting for you to set up my lunch/dinner with Chris Jackson!!!!!!
I don’t understand what a tweet is…but when we hang out we are so totally going to Starbucks…so try to get a card from there, okay? Okay.
Congrats on the gift card. That is impressive customer service. I also heart their produce and food. Unfortunately, I call the store “Whole Paycheck”.
