Someone stole my glasses at Mario Tricoci when I was getting my hair done last November. I’ve yet to purchase another pair, but the time has arrived.
These are the two frames I narrowed it down to – which one do you like best? I know they both look too big for my head, but that’s just the camera phone warping my face. Please also pardon the cross-eyed look in photo #1…

I am going to go with option #1. I am also in the same boat right now. I am leading toward the more āsquareā frame. I have decided the rounds are a little out dated. But, that is only my opinion! Keep me posted!

1 seems like the trendy literatary approach, but I thought 2, also…seems to work well with your features somehow. don’t know why, it’s just a yes.

I wanted to pick number 1 until I saw all the number 2s. Peer pressure…Well, I still like 1 the best but 2 looks good also.

For those of you who saw my original ones in kansas, the second ones are identical, but a different color…they are no different in size. Promise.

I’m gonna have to vote #2. I visited the site earlier to vote, but got distracted. I had also, at that time, thought #1… but the more I look at your facial features, I think #2 suits you better! GO WITH #2!

OK. I still think #2 is better if those are the choices, but I’d have to agree with Crystal that they do seem a little big. If you LIKE big, that’s fine, but I’d go for a thinner looking frame for you.

I vote for #3 – lasik.
I used to have this quandry – picking out new frames. I don’t know if your eyesight is as bad as mine, but I couldn’t even try on frames without my contacts in, because I couldn’t even see what I looked like unless I was within a foot of the mirror.
I had Lasik done about a year ago and….wow….definitely well worth the investment.
However, glasses are a fun accessory so, I pick number 2.

I had my eyes zapped in February and I LOVE IT! I know it’s pretty steep in terms of a financial commitment — but I’m a believer now!
#2 is still it for me, but the more I think about it, the more I feel that you might try thinner as Debbie and Crystal suggest. I think the frames you have a smidge on the wide side — but then again, it may be the fish-eye effect from the camera.

#1 if you want to be a power player and #2 if you want to appear softer…otherwise, its a wash since they both work.
Alright – I am REALLY feeling #1 – I know the picture itself is horrible and #2 really is a better picture (I’d pick 2 off the photos alone)…and yes it is the fisheye warp of the camera that makes them look big. Honest. They do not look that big (as far as wide and eating my face) in person. The frames are thick – just not as horizantal as the pictures make them to be. They don’t hang off the sides of my head like it appears. ;)
I also vote for #2. #1 (at least from the pic) is screaming for some masking tape around the middle holding them together, and looks like they might come with a pocket protector… #2 just looks softer and in my completely unhip opinion, more hip…

Crystal – I have a theory about why Anne is getting 2 many comments over silly glasses. But perhaps I’ll just speak for myself: Only a brief answer is required – 1 or 2. For those of us who suffer from recurring blog fatigue it’s like “Hey – here’s one I can finally take 2 seconds to answer and let people know I’m still alive in the blogosphere.” It’s 2 refreshing in a sea of 2 deep theological posts that require writing a thesis 2 respond.
